How can I find out who paid if I forgot to write their name in?

I processed a payment in PayTrace, but forgot to note the person's name or account number. How can I find out who the payer was?

I think you may be in the wrong place - I don't recognise "PayTrace" as an Atlassian system.  I think you may have clicked on "help with the documentation / issue tracking system PayTrace uses" instead of "help with PayTrace"
