Custom plugin scritprunner not deploying all the files

hello community.

We have packaged  our scripts in an scriptrunner based plugin. 

After packaging, all the folders/files are in the .jar produced but when deployed on the instance, only a few folders/files are present on our server. 

I have validate that the user used to run jira is the owner of the jira_home directory.

Our Jira/scritprunner license have expired, and we are in the process of renewing them.

Do you think  it can be the cause ? if not, what are we missing?

Could you provide a little bit more information, i.e. where have you set your source code in the scriptrunner-samples project? Is it in the src/main/groovy folder or src/main/resources folder?

It shouldn't be a problem if the class files/package folders are not visible immediately after you upload the jar. The main question is, can you invoke the code you have added to the jar file?
