Er, you need to explain what you mean by "I can't add content description" - the document shows you how to add the data held in fields to the email contents, and I know it works.

So, either you are doing it incorrectly, or you mean something else. Either way, you need to explain what is wrong, rather than asking the same questions with no more information (asking the same question will get you the same answer)
