We are running on Bitbucket Data Center 5.16.10. Can we do a direct upgrade to 7.21.5?
You should be able to directly upgrade without having to upgrade from Bitbucket 5 to Bitbucket 6.
I'd be careful to see if you need to upgrade the database or Git first. I've linked the Upgrade Guide. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver0721/bitbucket-server-upgrade-guide-1115666806.html
Good luck!
