Using a wild card in searching for linked issues

How can I use a wild card in the following search statement, where XXXXXX could be any value?: "issue in linkedIssues( XXXXXX, "relates to")

What are you trying to query?

Get all issues that has an incoming link with the type "relates to"?

Yes. I have a filter on the issues, and want to see if the issues have are linked to specific issues with the link type of "relates to"
