How to know JIRA plugins actual usage

Question

I am checking a JIRA instance that has dozens of plugins.

Is there any code or query where I can learn where these plugins are actually being used? For instance, if one implements a workflow post function, can I know what workflow is that so I don t have to check all workflows?
