the users in these groups get dropped off in 90 days if they dont create a ticket, etc. is there a way to turn this rule off just for these fields/groups?
for now can make all inactive active but that will continue to happen

More info will be appreciated, since you mention that "fields" are getting dropped in the summary, but then on the body you say that you have a user problem. Which one is it?
