Confluence no permitted and JIRA can't log in

I was on leave of absence, so I am not sure if some of my access were revoked. I had permission on Confluence and JIRA and it looks good, same permission as other members of the team.  Also I did send the request to MMP and DevOps had showed me the steps how to login JIRA and Confluence but still got the same error message below.

This is a community of users. We do not have access to modify permissions or access to the instances you are accessing. You will have to work with the application administrators for your instances within your company.
