Hi

How is the best way to contact Insight scheme fields into Jira SM Portal form?

I had made up small Access Insight schema.

Rakendus = Product what use can choose. Right now Jira only.

Projectid = Jira Projects what user can choose where he/she need access. And under Grupid is Groups what user can choose what is needed and Omanik to give yes or not to access.

And under Groups we have described groups names. Today its only for jira and no connection with ad.

How is the best way to create end user form into Jira SM that first he/she will choose Product and after that can choose what project like to get access x person and behind that is approve component.

Your comment implies the Insight integration is working fine and the approval workflow is still an issue. In this case the workflow associated to the portal request type is the important item. When an incorrect workflow is used for a request type, the admin is required to rebuild the request type with the correct workflow from the beginning. At this time there is no way to reassociate an existing request type to a different workflow.

Request Types are linked to Workflows using Issue Type.

Yes i did and i notice problem that everything seems to be by the book but no approve for approvers does not come up.

Have you explored the iql documentation? There is a guide to map iql / custom fields. Once you have the mapping setup then link the custom field to the portal form.
