Migration from HP ALM to JIRA Best Approach

Please suggest the best way to migrate the data (Requirements ,Test Cases ,Defects and other data if any) from HP ALM to JIRA

To perform this migration, we suggest that you use the API part of the two tools.

HP ALM : /qcbin/rest/resource-list?alt=application/json ...

EX : 

• /qcbin/rest/domains/{domain}/projects/{project}/requirements?alt=application/json
• /qcbin/rest/domains/{domain}/projects/{project}/defects?alt=application/json
