Adjust editor paragraph menu

Question: is there any way to change the editor's paragraph menu. Now it shows 'paragraph' 'Heading 1' etc. I would like to add my own styles to it.

In order to gather a better picture to apply this request, could you please clarify which Atlassian Software do you want to apply this kind of adjust? (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
