Some asycronous actions end in endless spinner

When an action is done using AJAX (create a comment, create a version,.. all actions that do not trigger a full page reload) we get stuck with the loading animation (spinner) indefinetlly.

This happens randomly! And after a manual page reload the content is there.

So what can I check or how can I fix this?

Any ideas? Am I the only one having this problem?

check the errors by using firebug in firefox or javascript console in chrome
