Why can't I see workflow when I click on "View Workflow"?

Hi All,

I am unable to see the visual workflows when I click on "View workflow".

Whenever we click on the "View workflow" button, a blank window is displayed.

Please see attached screenshot for your kind information.

I have checked all permissions and are set correctly.

Kindly guide on the same.

It can also happen when the window is zoomed in too much, the diagram can be off-screen.

To those who are still looking for the answer for this issue, please refer to the solution provided in

As per the article, the issue is related to 'The Scheduler' plugin ver 6.6.0 (in our case).

Once we disabled the 'Create Scheduled Issue New Dialog Web Resource' module, it was working fine for us.  Have to check if anything else gets affected when this module is disabled.

Yes, it is happening with all the workflows.

I will check Jira log files.
