"Retention" is not a builtin macro. Please verify if it comes from an external app or it is a your own macro.

@haindavi guntur it sounds like you may have a custom app regulating your retention policies within Confluence, so there won't be much to go on unless you can track that down. Check https://admin.atlassian.com/ to see what apps you have installed and that may help.
