Organization user not able to access JIRA

Hi Team,

i am SHANAVASH, i am working one of the organization, I'm the administrator of the JIRA and Confluence, JIRA hosted in Data center,

we are providing some other organizing users access also, but last 3 days one of the  organization users not able to access JIRA, they are facing login issues. 

We already tried Clear the browser caches and History and Incognito mode also still facing the same issue.

 i attached the screenshot find the screenshot for your reference, Please do the needful for us ASAP.

in order to provide you support on that you need to share how that organization user is stored on jira side and how to grant them access.
