Bit Bucket doesn't start

Hi,

We have problem to start Bit bucket server. Service AtlassianBitbucketElasticsearch doesn't start. and we receive the following error when trying to open web interface.

A fatal error has occurred
The following problem occurred, which prevents Atlassian Bitbucket from starting:

SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

The installed version is 6.5.1.

We made a snapshot and installed version 7.21.5. Now services starts, but web interface doesn't.

We would appreciate any help on this issue.

You give us two versions in there - do you mean you had 6.5.1 and upgraded to 7.21.5? Of Bitbucket? Or something else?

We upgrade Bitbucket to 7.21.5, since version 6.5.1 is not working. We can restore to 6.5.1 if we can fix it.

So the next question is what is the rest of the startup errors you are getting? I mean, what do you get when you try to visit the server's site? And what are the other errors in the logs?
