Changing automatic/manual completion for e-learning items

We have imported e-learning from one of our libraries as a full learnlist and would like to adjust the auto complete settings; currently the items is marked as complete as soon as a user clicks the launch button. 

Can it be set up so that either the user has to manually mark the item as complete or gets to the end of the e-learning before being marked as completed?  In the Edit Learnlist/Item - Completion section there doesnt appear to be an option to adjust autocomplete.

In order to get help from the community, it would be great if you could provide some additional and necessary info like:

• Is your confluence on cloud or on-premise?
• What kind of import you did? To confluence and to another app? Or simply imported some pages to confluence?
• Do you use an app for e-learning? Which one?
