Fields in show issue - More- Plan Time

Question

Recently I upgraded our Jira server from v6.3.12 --> 7.2.2 and I cannot find how to show the four fields

Availability, Working days, Remaining estimate and Original estimate after the user clicks on More-> Plan TimeSee the two following screenshots.Any help will be appreciated

I recommend that you contact the vendor of the Tempo products for support about displaying fields within the screens that they have added to the Jira product.

The functionality you are showing in your images does not appear to be built-in Jira functionality. Is this coming from a third party app? If so, which one? And if so, did you confirm that the version of the app you have installed is compatible with the version of Jira you are using? If this is from a third party app did you check with the vendor of that app for assistance?
