Hi,
I opened the velocity report on one of the Projects I've been managing (ESMT) but after selecting a Timeframe nothing is displayed.
Not sure if any settings or authorisation is missing.

Hi @Ilaria , does the URL of your Jira site contain atlassian.net or not? Are you using a scrum board or a kanban board?
No... the url is https://jsw.ibm.com/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=3867&projectKey=ESMT&view=reporting&chart=velocityChart

Do you have 1 or more completed sprints?
