can we post TFS checkins to jira dashboard?

hello,

we currently have a need to post TFS(aka azure devops) checkin's to jira dashboard . I choose the webhooks route to post to JIRA , but the customizable options in a call is a very limited on configuring webhook . Please help me with ideas.
