I have a confluence page that pulls a jira chart. The Jira chart I am pulling is the 2-dimensional option. I would like to increase the size of the overall table. CSS stylesheets and most trouble shooting has not changed the dimensions.

If your company uses our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, you may set the required cell width with the help of the Table Transformer macro.
