while trying to insert Jira macro getting the below error, someone please help me on this

This is what it says it is - you need to authorise yourself with Jira so that Confluence can read data from it.
Can you please guide me on this. I don't know how to do that.
Go to the Jira that the macro is connected to, and log into it.
