Is there a way to find out who accessed Jira Admin?

and - even better - find out what they did whilst Jira Admin?

Purpose: our instance has about 35-40 Jira Admins and it'd be nice to see what types of things they're doing so that we can establish some guidelines / consistency / standards as necessary.

Hi @Darren ,

* If any admin has made changes, then you can find it in Jira settings --> system --> Audit log
i.e. <baseURL>plugins/servlet/audit
You can filter based on projects, authors ,date. 
* To know what URLs were accessed, make use of access.log file and filter them as required.
