Approvers

Question

Hello everybody,

I would like to be able to send a request for approval when transitioning to a certain status to a group defined of 3 people. Any of them should be able to approve the request. I need only one approver and the request to approval should be sent automatically when transitioning to that status.

Can you please give me a hand?

Br,

Mihai

Hi @Mihai Marculescu !

You can check the Approval Path for Jira app.

It offers a group step, a single user step, an issue field step, an email step, and a webhook step (so you can create automation rules, like changing issue status, when approval is finished).

Hope you and your team will find it useful.

Take a look at Herzum Approvals add-on

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211763/herzum-approval?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview

Its powerful and has a lot more flexibility then then built in approval process with JSM.
