language pack

Question

Hello,
the Enterprise I work in is testing jira in order to migrate it and I'm an user. I found these translation package you guys offer (Brazilian Portuguese), but I myself could't find the Jira's package manager in order to install it. So I'd like to question if i have to ask the Jira's admin to install this package or if I can install myself?
The one I downloaded is inproduct-1.0.0-beta7.jar and I'm running Firefox 26.0 on Linux Mint 15 - Olivia, if that's relevant info for this issue...
Thank you

The Jira administrator has to install the language packs.

Only administrators can install plugins (add-ons) and language files, so you'll have to contact yours...
