Having issue with Deleting a space in Confluence

Question

We are using Confluence Datacenter 7.16.4.

I tried to delete a space which was imported from another confluence. Delete options fails in 2 percent with delete space failed error.

When checked the logs, I got an error saying

Caused by: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails

Help me with the steps to delete the space, the tables and order in which we need to remove the foreign key constraint.

Also let me know the standard process of deleting a space cleanly.

I am able to delete the rows in DB with few tweaks and able to delete the space.

Hi @Rangaraj

Can you post the full log you are referencing.

Usually with this kind of issue it requred to backup the db and delete the row in the db manually.
