Which API is more up-to-date, Jira Software's or Jira Platform's?

Which is the latest??

I am new to Jira API but am confused about which one I should use.

 

I have already created OAuth 2.0 (3LO).

It doesn't matter which is more up-to-date.  The APIs are for different things.
