New editor availability in Confluence Data Center versions

My organization is using Confluence Data Center release 7.19. We would like to leverage the features contained in the new editor, but available information indicates the new editor isn't available to Data Center versions.

Are there plans to implement the new editor in the Data Center version? If so, when?

The ticket is being tracked and there are no plans to implement this at the current moment
