A confluence page has been created by my team member and now i need to do some changes in that but am not able to edit and there is no restriction given in that confluence.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!Do you have the Space Permissions already ? If not, please ask Space Admin to grant you "Pages Add" permissions to the space.
