Some users randomly appears inactive in Jira when in Crowd and LDAP they are active, when that happens, we re-synchronize and they change to active again.Does anyone know why this happend or have this same problem.
@Javier Velasco Jimenez Do the users have the proper group that provides licensing? Have you looked at the logs to see if they have been deactivated prior to resyncing?
