Why is the configure option grayed out when attempting to create charts in my dashboard?

Hello,

The option in my dashboard to add gadget is there however I cannot configure the gadget as that option is gray and only allows for a delete or renaming of the file.

To ensure your question has better visibility to the wider Community, please start a New Question by clicking on the Ask the community option at the top of the screen. Questions are shown on the main Questions page in descending creation date order. This Question to which you have added your response is over two years old, and so is many, many pages down the list. And the only people that see updates on existing questions are the original author, people Watching the Question, and people that responded to it. So not very many people have seen your question.

@Trudy P Claspill I seem to have the very same issue, but I'm using the Sprint Health Gadget By Atlassian.

Unfortunately I've failed to find any kind of solution or hint related so far.

Could you provide some hints where to look?
