I need to provide access for editing this page, how can I do it if the page is restricted?
You do not, that is the point of the permissions and restrictions!
You will need to talk to people to whom the page has been restricted, getting them to include you as an editor, and your space admin to get the right to restrict pages if you need that.
It looks like you're new here. Sign in or register to get started.
