Closing ticket automatically and sent report mail to common mai id

I am not sure , it is possible.

I have scenario.

Weekend tickets needs to assigned 2 members and closed automatically after that ticket reports download in excel file (with selected fields) and sent to common mail id

Thanks for your response.

My Requirement is :

Step 1 : Our team will work on Weekend Tickets FHT-XXXX.

Step 2 : Two members in Weekend. Ticket should assign to 2 members automatically

Step 3 : We Add a comment in the ticket stating that. "we update in the google sheet" closing the ticket

Step 4 : That Google Sheet Report sent to  concern team automatically

It is not clear on what you are asking - What do you mean by after ticket reports download?
