We started having issues of Jira not creating issues from email for all projects. No issues accessing the mailboxes per project for email intake. Email puller is authenticated/tests successfully. OAuth2.0 was turned on for email puller and project specific emails LAST week. Incoming/outgoing email logs don't show any errors. Not sure what else to look at.

Don't think so, it's doesn't seem to be actually related to OAuth, we switched all the email for projects from Basic to Authentication before things stopped working.
@JhDid you ever figure this out? Having same issue now and been down for 6 hours trying to rebuild indexes, which failed twice.
