What level of access is required to access the Program Room?

Hello - I can access the Program Board, but the the Program Room. What level of access is required to access the Program Room?

Short answer, you need to have a "full access" license.

If you have access to the Program Board, you may be either an "integrated" user or a "full access" user. Either license type can have access to the Program Board. But if you normally just have access to the team level navigation and not higher in the organization, you may be an integrated user (someone who spends most of their time in Jira).

If you are a full access user, you just need to ask your admin to grant you access to the Program Room.
