If it's the case just click on the JIRA label and on the page your sent, click "stop watching"
If necessary, setup an email auto rule to auto delete anything from <noreply@atlassian.com>
If you mean in Jira, you need to remove yourself as a wtcher on the issues you have watched.
Also consider turning off "autowatch" in your profile.
