Is it possible to notify cc users list in jira, while updating issues to requester in a JIRA ticket?
SMTP mail server is configured at our JIRA V6.1.4.

yes we can notify the cc users in JIRA
project administration>notification scheme>action>edit notification
all the event list will be shown then go to the event that you want to notify and add the user picker custom field(as you created eg. cc).

yes - create a custom field with user picker and include that field in the notification scheme.

I tried to create the custom field with user picker, but this is only for a single user, not for multi users.
How I will do it for multi users, there is no option for multi users.
