Add different notes, in dependency of the subject, in the same Integration

We have Problems to <Add Note> to an alert via <Intergrations>.

We create an Integration for all P1-Alerts.  For all Alerts, the same note should be added - that works fine!

Some of the alerts, should have a special note, in dependency, if the subject of the alert contains any word. We created this notes via <Add Notes>:

But when we created this notes with condition and a new alert matches with the integration, then is is no one note in the alert visible: 

So, both notes, this from the <Create alert> and this from the <Add Note> are lost.
Is there a way to create any different special notes, in dependency, if the subject of the alert contains any words, in the same Integration?

Hi @Alain Rohner ,

Seems like you are aware notes can be added at alert creation through the Create Alert action's Note field.

But it's important to note the Add Note action would be a second request received by Opsgenie, and does not apply at alert creation.

 

For example below, I have a Create Alert action that adds a note at creation, and an Add Note action that adds a note if the integration received a second request/email. The Add note action would apply if the request/email did not match any of the actions configured above it.

I mention this because all the integration actions are reviewed in an order of operations from top >> down, and Opsgenie will use the first matching filter/action it finds without reviewing any others following that.

 

So your use case is certainly possible - but again the Add Note action would be the second, or any additional request received by Opsgenie. 

If a note did not add to the alert as expected, you could also review the Logs tab of you Opsgenie to see if an action did not match, there were any errors, etc.
