enabled it in Administration but "Agile" tab does not appear...
Which "administration" do you mean? Your account on Atlassian? The plugins? Have you associated the project(s) with it?

In order to enable GreenHopper on OnDemand you need to login to https://my.atlassian.com and click 'configure' next to your OnDemand instance. From there you can add a trial of GreenHopper, and it will automatically cascade across to your account within a few minutes.
