Did I break the comment box?

Question

I was trying to respond to a question, and I was unable to post due to badly formatted HTML (I just pasted in a URL from my browser.  There was nothing unusual about it)

When I tried to fix it I was basically told that I was still not able to post.

I tried incognito mode and that failed spectacularly as well.  Did I break something?

The community is split into collections and groups.

Collections contain discussions, questions, and articles aligned to products or areas of interest. You can select which collection you’re interested in by using the Products or Interests dropdown in the top nav. Or click here to see the product collections.

There's also groups, which are mini-communities where you can connect with folks with whom you share things in common. Check out our groups here!

Is that where all questions about the community need to go?  Seems a bit off-topic.

It seems that the site was rejecting my post because it didn't like the dark feature being pasted in.  When I omitted that the post went through.

I am betting this is preventing a lot of good solutions from being shared.
