how can I add drop-down list to OpsGenie incidents

we need to add drop-down list to all incidents  which are created manually in OpsGenie, so each team will choose their root cause for tht list before closing the incident.

if I understand your request correctly, you need to get a drop-down list inside Jira task. For such cases try out Smart Jira Forms add-on.

* Choose a dropdown item from the form builder and create the necessary options

* After that add Form to the Jira task manually
