Hello just want to ask about why files in our confluence backup attachment folder file inside it has no file extension what is the relevant explanation for it?

for security reason, Confluence manages attachment with a particular policy (as explained in the article posted by @Mahesh Shinde ) .

From entities.xml file, you will get page id and attachment id.
Once, you are able to find attachment id in attachment directory, then rename that attachment id with original filename (attachment name) which you are looking for.
Can you give a visual instruction about this?
I am confuse about the original filename thing.
