I am trying to remove some of the linked issue selection for particular projects. The user does not need to see the other selections in the linked issue drop down.
Is there a way to do this? I have attached snapshot.

There is a way to remove/modify the link options, but you'll do this for all of your projects.
Go to <jira path>/secure/admin/ViewLinkTypes!default.jspa
