Hello Everyone,
We have a new user that has been added to the correct groups and even 'edit' permission for a shared Dashboard. Instead of an error the user just see's the spinning loading wheel instead of the dashboard. Would anyone know what would cause this issue and where I could start troubleshooting this?

Have you tried a different browser and an incognito window? Might be a cache issue?

The user has tried different browsers, computers and in an incognito window. I'm not sure what else it could be.
