Just want to find out if it's possible to link sections within the same document, so that I would not have to enter it and so it can be updated automatically if someone changes the name of the title ..

Please be informed their is no straight inbuilt feature as far as I knew (*subject to latest changes or additions). However, it is a good option to check these Atlassian market place apps that match a part of your requirement.
