Project settings not available

Dear sir/ madam, we have the board https://jira.sp.vodafone.com/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=49596 but we don't have the option "Project settings" in order to add or remove someone to the board.

Moreover, when we go Board --> Configure, we can add someone as admin but we cannot add him/her as a user

Hi @Sofia Maridaki ,

In order to access the project setting, you need to have Project Administrator permission or you need to be in the Administrator Project role.

Please contact the Jira administrator or Project Admin of that project to provide the access.

Hi @Sofia Maridaki

Could you please perform the workaround and check if you are able to access.

Click on the project from the JIRA Administration menu on the top right.
The list of projects that the user has the permission to will be displayed.
Click on project and you'll be redirected to the Project Administration page.

@Sofia Maridaki , I am now sure Could you please again check the project roles once or who have Project Admin or Jira Admin permission please ask them to share the screenshot.
