[Select List (multiple choices)] selection value from a dropdown list

Question

How do i correctly select a value using [Select List (multiple choices)]?

I have a field let's call it products, this field contains product names in a drop down list. Each product name is unique and they are called product one, product two, product three etc, how can I select for example product five from the list using JQL?

If you trying to get list of tickets which are raised for product five, then use below JQL in your search.
products = "Product five"

If you want to list multiple products, then use
products in ("product one", "product two")
