Confluence 6.0 does not appear to support SWF files, which our publication uses to offer a 'Flip Book' version. Is there a fix for this?

Hi Sheila,

The Multimedia macro supports swf files - see the example wiki markup at the very bottom to the page that refers to "ninjas.swf". The documentation I've linked to is the cloud version, which is the latest version of Confluence (6.0.3 at the time of writing).

6.03 does and doesn't support swf.

TOCs which worked in Confluence 5.8 now don't work in the Multimedia macro (have to provide a link instead and browser IE11 plays the file correctly in a new window)

Oh and links within swf player to other Confluence pages have ceased to work
