base on a custom field, different group or role see different issues. How can i configure that?

hi,

i defined a required field named "defect type", it has two options: internal or external.

when creating a issue, the reporter have to chose the "defect type".

there are two teams: team1 and team2.

i want team1 can see internal and external type issue and team2 can only see external issue.

how can i caonfigure that.

thanks for your reply. but it doesnt work. it just make somebody can or can not see the entire issues of a project.

i want the specific group can or can not see some issues of the project.
