How to fix permanent solution or workaround for "Application does not notify user of last login time and date in confluence".
You'd need to change the core code in Confluence to change that.
In most cases, it's a trivial security flaw though, and one that is pretty useless - people don't pay any attention to it, and it gets in the way of them getting on with using the software.
